2017:

TIGER MARSH WMA

2017 Clays for a Cause raised $5,976.20 towards the acquisition of over 15 acres as part of the Tiger Marsh Wildlife Management Area.  This acquisition permanently protected habitat directly adjacent to 575-acre Tiger Lake in Carver County. The project consists of 5.8 acres of existing wetlands and cropped acres that will be restored to grasslands. This area was acquired by Pheasants Forever and managed for prairie and wetland restoration-- Clays for a Cause contributed towards the restoration, enhancement, and continued management of this WMA to benefit wildlife such as upland game, waterfowl, deer and small game.
